Finding Beauty Everywhere

I love to find beauty in unexpected places...and I'm never disappointed.

We, you and I, just have to take the time to look. It's Everywhere!!

My Photo
Name:
Location: Ohio, United States

I'm interested in all living things which means All Things. There is beauty everywhere. We just have to slow down enough to find it...to see it. I believe there is nothing Man can do to match the beauty found in Nature...and not only the beauty. Nature can outdo anything man can think of in the way of destruction too. Man is very small, the works of man are very small. We need to remember this. But Nature never sends its force after anything or anyone out of anger or hatred or desire to conquer or own. Nature has many lessons for us all.

Toto-2 and Mr. Monkey

"Beddy-bye time for doggies."

Toto-2 has gone to sleep with Mr. Monkey, in exactly this pose, every night of his life since he came to live with us 14 years ago.. Mr. Monkey was a gift to Toto-2 from Toto-1. Toto-1 surgically removed both arms, both ears and the long tail before giving Mr. Monkey to Toto-2. I guess he figured it wasn't safe for a baby till all appendages were removed.

Scientists are checking for DNA evidence to determine whether this photo was taken by Gooserock or Puget4.

Two Heads are Better Than One.

Here are the two Totos...hard at work hunting for small rodents in the vineyard. Gooserock was looking for a photo to go with the mixolydian Irish reel, "Dogs Among the Bushes".
