Finding Beauty Everywhere

I love to find beauty in unexpected places...and I'm never disappointed.

We, you and I, just have to take the time to look. It's Everywhere!!

I'm interested in all living things which means All Things. There is beauty everywhere. We just have to slow down enough to find it...to see it. I believe there is nothing Man can do to match the beauty found in Nature...and not only the beauty. Nature can outdo anything man can think of in the way of destruction too. Man is very small, the works of man are very small. We need to remember this. But Nature never sends its force after anything or anyone out of anger or hatred or desire to conquer or own. Nature has many lessons for us all.

Hi Puget.

I always love to see your posts and pictures, but the picture isn't showing up today. It says it's currently unavailable. Will check back.

Morning FM. Thanks for the heads-up.
I had played around with the height and width numbers and I guess I made Flickr mad.

I'm getting paid back for my smart alec quip. I woke up this morning to find snow all over everything! It's not particularly cold, just very white. LOL

Hi again Puget.

Now that I can see it, that is a very lovely picture. BTW what is name of those flowers?

Our temp will be getting up to 65 today. I'm already dreading summer when it gets this warm in January.

BTW again, I'll take any of that snow you want to let go of. :)

Hi FM. They are crocus that I photographed last spring. Their leaves are peeking through the mulch now but won't bloom for 2-3 weeks depending on temperature.

65 degrees? Wow. Hard to believe. Isn't this early for that temp even down south where you live?

Our overnight snow is rapidly melting away. There's a lot of warmth in the sun today. I'd send it if I could. LOL

We have millimeters of snow in deep shadows. We get such mild winters because of the maritime climate and warmth from the Japanese current which flows by out in the Pacific. Puget Sound is pretty protected.

Lovely, P4. Even lovelier when they're around for real.

Right now my "here" is looking like your "there" -- it's been raining for 2 days and it's in the upper 50s.

Morning Andi. Thanks for coming by. Upper 50's eh? Sounds good. We'll get some of that on the weekend. Real time crocus are only just showing leaves and buds although I did find one brave little yellow one that was up enough to show color. But the days are getting longer so spring's a comin'!
